Aurora has been my go-to IT lady for the last four years. She has not only been super helpful and resourceful, she has also walked me through each part of the process so I am better able to understand what her reasoning is for doing something. She has helped me in multiple ways: including setting up my Twitch streaming software, figure out what an ideal PC setup would be, based on what I want to do, and help me manage my storage space inside my laptop.
